Roundtable discussion “Green Growth – With a Special Focus on North Macedonia” (covering Environment, Circular Economy, Energy Transition, and Trade)
The roundtable discussion titled “Green Growth – With a Special Focus on North Macedonia” (covering Environment, Circular Economy, Energy Transition, and Trade) was held on June 18, 2025, from 09:00 to 14:30 at the Amphitheater of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The event brought together experts, academics, and policymakers to discuss the country’s potential and challenges in achieving sustainable development through green growth strategies.
The roundtable was jointly organized by the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, through its Center for Strategic Research “Ksente Bogoev,” the Research Center for Environment and Materials, and the Research Center for Energy and Sustainable Development, in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and the Jean Monnet Chair.
A Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings was prepared for the event, highlighting the main contributions and research presented during the discussions.
